HSLAB Print Logger
Time reported Incorrectly in the Print Logger database records and reports
The Print Logger software uses the Windows Time Zone settings to determine the correct time zone. If Time Zone is set incorrectly then the database records and reports will show incorrect times.
First of all, you should check that your system time zone is set correctly.
?? 1. Open the Windows Control Panel
?? 2. Open the Date and Time
?? 3. Select the Time Zone tab
?? 4. Make sure that the selected time zone is set correctly.
If the time zone selected correctly but Print Logger is still reporting the times incorrectly, the Windows Time Zone data might be corrupted.?You can?fix this problem:
?? 1. Open the Windows Control Panel
?? 2. Open the Date and Time
?? 3. Select the Time Zone tab
?? 4. Change the current time zone to any different time zone
?? 5. Press the Apply button.
?? 6. Select the correct time zone and press the Apply button again.
