UNDLL32.EXE in caps in my Task Manager and if i shut it down dosent' seem to effect anything.
RUNDLL32.EXE errors at shutdown are usually caused by
spyware.
Check this out and see if you can find the *.dll file that's
the culprit.
Most likely scumware.
